In the spring of 2026, we were fortunate to receive funds that allowed us to replace the aging and deteriorating planter boxes with new, self watering boxes. Having enough water for the plants has been an ongoing issue with no connected water source in the park. The new self-watering beds will help to conserve water and reduce the work load for volunteers. And they look great!
